NQT Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you whilst you visit our site.

• All personal data requested is required for use as part of the induction process.

• NQT Manager acts as a gateway between the Appropriate Body and the Teaching Regulation Agency.

• In accordance with statutory regulations governing data protection, data will be deleted six years after the final assessment is completed. Where the NQT leaves the Appropriate Body before the final assessment is completed, the most recent assessment will be deleted.

Use of Your Information

We use the information collected to facilitate our services to you. In addition to this we may use the information for one or more of the following purposes:

• To provide information to you that you request from us relating to our products or services.

• To provide information to you relating to other products that may be of interest to you.

• To inform you of any changes to our website, services or goods and products.

• All information recorded can be used for quality assurance purposes at the discretion of the AB, for example when liaising with training providers on support for vulnerable NQTs.

We never give your details to third parties to use your data to enable them to provide you with information regarding unrelated goods or services.

We will not disclose your personal information to any other party other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in the circumstances detailed below:

• Where we are legally required by law to disclose your personal information.

• Where Induction is overseen by another Appropriate Body
